I thought the first royal warrant went to the poets' circle and the second to the college of arms... I haven't taken the time to re-watch that video but just wanted to throw the question/comment out there and say... are we sure? ==Symbolism== During [https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?p=60564 The Summer Telethon of the Avatar, Part 1], the symbolism of the Royal Warrant was discussed. The central snake symbol is Richard's own, on his necklace and as part of Ultima. The cross is from his Wife's family crest. The shield is the intermingling of their families, forming their own coat of arms. The warrant also features the fleur-de-lis, from his wife's French ancestry, the British lion, as Richard comes from England, and the American Eagle, because they work in the United States.
