This spell summons a [[Phoenix]]. This [[Magic Summons]] has a "Fire Blast" attack that does damage. If you have [[Sun Magic Specialization]], it also has chance to apply a [[Damage Avoidance]] and [[Dexterity]] debuff on the enemy (approximately -0.25 [[Damage Avoidance]] and -0.2 [[Dexterity]] on the target per each additional level of [[Sun Magic Specialization]]).
