Editing Patron City

Eleven of the [[NPC Town]]s on the [[Novia]] continent are Patron Cities, which means they contain a [[Devotionals|Devotional]] dedicated to one of the [[Virtues]]/[[Principles]] and they espouse the Virtue/Principles of that devotional.

Because Patron Cities contain a devotional, they will periodically come under siege by the [[Obsidian Cabalists]].
