*During [[Release 65]], these shards lost their mysterious powers to cancel out the Blessing of the Oracle and therefore can be placed in any location. Originally, these could only be placed in an Open PvP area (PVP Player Owned Town, property lot in a PVP Player Run Town, or PVP Basement).
