Belt of the Ox can be found occasionally as loot drops, including from the [[Kobold Brawler]] (with increased drop rates from higher tier Kobolds).

The Imbued Jewel of the Ox can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe [[Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet]].

The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
