==Devotionals in Player Owned Towns==
For a Player Owned Town (POT), the power of the blessing depends on how many lots have been claimed by players in that town (more lots claimed gives a greater power to the buff, with a maximum power achieved at the highest tier). The tiers are as follows:

:* 9 or less claimed lots - low power tier
:* 10-19 claimed lots - moderate power tier
:* 20 or more claimed lots - high power tier (provides the same power as the buff from a [[Patron City]] devotional).

Note: To place devotionals, you must either own a player owned town or have permission to place decoration in a player owned town.
