==Exit to Menu==
This takes your avatar out of the game world, and then takes you to the main menu.
This does not log you out, and it does not close the game program.

This option will often help resolve various glitches, such as being permanently stuck in place after being resurrected, having items become stuck in your inventory (the item names will turn red), etc.  If you Exit to Menu and then click the appropriate "Play" button, it will often fix the problem by forcing the game to reload the graphical user interface and to reload your avatar into the scene.

Using this option does not always fix the issue of poor frame rates developing after a prolonged game session (which could be due to memory leaks).
In this situation, Quitting and then restarting the game will often fix the issue.
