==History==
The [[Cabal of Obsidians]] were sorcerers who employed powerful magic abilities.

The Empire grew in size and might, eventually forming a huge [[Army of Obsidian Triumph]] to conquer the warlords and city-states of the Novian continent. 

The sorcerers were not satisfied with a mortal army, and used mutational magic on captured human slaves as experiments to form and reshape them into hideous creatures known as [[Elves]], [[Satyr]], [[Troll]] [[formorian]] creatures for use in battle. They also commanded the magic to animate the [[undead]].

The first defeat of the {{PAGENAME}} army was in the city of [[Opalis]] by the [[Norgard Army]].
