I found a "ghostly wounded memory" in Solace Bridge Outskirts and recited Major Rochelle Icene's motto: "Be an inspiration, not a martyr." It's memory flooded back...and I think I may be done. Before I return to the forgetful ghost, I should first ask the ghostly memory if it needs any help.
