I spoke to a "ghostly adult memory" in Solace Bridge Outskirts and told it "You are Major Rochelle Icene." It remembered its rank and name, but there's still a third memory I need to find. Perhaps if I offer to help this "adult" then I'll find a clue to the location of the third and final memory.
