===Add On Store Items===
:*There are a new set of Add On Store items that allow you to buy a scene and keys that lock/unlock all the lots in that scene
:*You do not get lot deeds with these purchases
*Locked Lots:
:*Owner of the keys can lock and unlock lots at will so they can actively control who gets to live there
:*The key owner can evict an occupant and lock the lot using the key
:*Note that players will still need lot deeds to claim the lots once the town owner unlocks the lots
*Houses:
:*Free House(s) of appropriate size from Add-On Store
*Design Session: with Team to define details:
:*Lot Selection: Which lots of which size they want
:*Biome: Forest, Mountains, Grasslands, Swamp, etc.
