A Property Marker is a decoration that has 2 functions:
* It designates a specific size Lot that can be claimed by a player.
* Double-clicking the marker opens a window that allows a player to view the Lot information and to claim the lot (if it has not been claimed akready). This window also allows the lot owner to place a house on the lot, manage lot permissions, and access various lot related options.

Property markers can have the following form/appearance:
* A stone slab laying flat on the ground at one edge of the lot.
* A wooden sign post with a hanging sign that is standing at one edge of the lot.

In a Player Owned Town, a governor or a steward can place these property markers (which means they can decide where they wish to place lots in their town). If a desired location does not have a Property Marker, then you can ask the town's the governor or steward if they are willing to place a property marker in that location.
The Breach is an adventure scene in the lands of Mistrendur and is available to players with Episode 2 Access.

<span style="color:fuchsia">Beware of the Durability debuff</span>: The fire and water elementals in this zone have an attack that can apply a debuff on you that reduces armor and weapon durability effectiveness by 50% for 30 seconds.
* When a water elemental puts this debuff on you, the debuff is called Rust.
* When a fire elemental puts this debuff on you, the debuff is called Weaken Metal (Fire).
The debuff shows up as an icon under your health bar.
If the "Rust" or "Weaken Metal (Fire)" debuff has been applied to you, you may consider avoiding physical attacks until the debuff expires in order to minimize damage to your gear. Also, if you can keep the elementals stunned, they cannot apply the debuff because they cannot attack.

The special characteristics of The Breach are:
* 4 boss elementals that always spawn
* Rare and/or unique creatures that have a low chance to spawn
* A wave battle (which is triggered by killing the 4 boss elementals)
* A unique creature that spawns in the wave battle (Spawn of Pele)
* Unique loot that drops in The Breach:
**Recipe: Potion of the Stalking Cat, Aether
**Belt of the Dedicated
**Obsidian Band

For details about all of the special characteristics, see below.

tocright

4 Boss Elemetals that Always Spawn (Not Part of Wave Battle)
There are 4 boss elementals in the Breach that always spawn (i.e. they are not part of a triggered wave battle). Each of these boss elementals always spawn in the same location.
* Brign, Lord of Water
* Wrauk, Lord of Earth
* Gael, Lord of Air
* Pyre, Lord of Fire

Each boss elemental above has a 10 minute respawn timer.
The Lord of Earth and Lord of Air are less susceptible to physical attacks, whereas the Lord of Fire and the Lord of Water are less susceptible to magical attacks.
If you kill all 4 of these boss elementals and then go to the Central Pavilion in under 10 minutes, it triggers a wave battle in the center of the zone (see below).

Rare &/or Unique Creatures (Not Part of Wave Battle)
The Breach has several unique and/or rare spawns:
* Purple Llama (An Energy Vortex) (extremely rare spawn)
* Gold Clockwork Dragon (very rare spawn)
* Blackened Clockwork Dragon (moderately rare spawn)
* Dolorast Vrul, a daemon (moderately rare spawn)
* K'kongg, a large clockwork Monkey (uncommon spawn)

The creatures above seem to spawn randomly (i.e. there appears to be no trigger).
The Gold and Blackened Clockwork dragons only spawn in The Breach, and cannot be found in any other zone.

The Wave Battle
The Wave Battle occurs at an area with 5 circular stone pads that are surrounded by pillars (this area shows up as a point of interest on the compass called the "Central Pavillion").
To trigger the wave battle, kill all 4 boss elementals and then go to the "Central Pavilion" in under 10 minutes (the timer starts when the first elemental is killed). Note: Wrauk, Lord of Earth often takes the longest to kill, so it may be best to kill Wrauk first to make it easier to get under the 10 minute time limit.

It takes a little while for the first wave to start (maybe 20 seconds). There will be 2 waves: the first wave consists of Greater Daemons, 4 more boss elementals (Gael, Wrauk, Pyre, and Brign), and 4 obsidian shards. When the first wave has all been killed (including the shards), the second wave will spawn with Ancient Ferocious Obsidian Golems, Spawn of Pele, Greater Daemons, 4 obsidian shards, and many mid level Water Elementals.

The Spawn of Pele is a boss lava elemental that appears in the second wave, is unique to The Breach, and cannot be found in any other zone.

Each of the obsidian shards has an area of effect buff on the nearby enemies. To avoid having to fight creatures that have been buffed by the shards, you can either kill the shards or lure the creatures far enough away from the shards such that they are outside the area of effect. The shard buffs show up as icons under the monster's health bar.

Unique Loot in The Breach
* Recipe: Potion of the Stalking Cat, Aether - drops as loot from Greater Daemons that spawn in the wave battle at The Breach. It may be possible that Spawn of Pele also drops this recipe. This recipe can only be obtained in The Breach.

* Belt of the Dedicated - drops as loot from Wrauk, Lord of Earth. This artifact can only be obtained in The Breach.

* Obsidian Band - drops from Pyre, Lord of Fire (Pyre is the only monster that drops the Obsidian Band, but occasionally a common Obsidian Band will drop as loot from wooden chests in Hilt Fortress - see Obsidian Forge Recipes for locations of the chests).

Trivia
*This PvE scene is a modified version of Dysborg Ruins, a PvP scene located along the shores of the Naryad Channel. Much of the terrain has been altered to provide a chilly arctic feel with more visual changes to come during development. A dark and foreboding fog accompanied by frequent lightning strikes will most certainly put adventurers ill at ease! The Breach will also feature improved performance over Dysborg Ruins, and the creature spawns will be expanded considerably. For players to best the creatures and wave event within The Breach, team-oriented tactics must also be employed!
*Chris “Atos” Spears has created a new style of boss encounter which can only be experienced in The Breach.

Under Construction
Underground scenes in SotA connect together into a “grand underground plan.”

Underground Network To date, we have added underground areas (dungeons, sewers, mines, etc) as mostly stand-alone scenes, seemingly filled with random resources and randomly connecting to other underground scenes. As of this release, the randomness begins to go away as we start embracing a “grand underground plan.”

*The core elements of the plan include:

*Travel Within Underground Sectors: All shared, general-purpose underground areas will be grouped in “small” sectors. Many underground areas within a sector will connect to other areas within the same sector. Travel across these connections is free and uninhibited.

*Travel Across Underground Sectors: Connection passages between sectors are rare and always behind a locked door. Each door can only be opened by a key obtained from a single “key bearer” located somewhere else in the scene. Note that these keys are currently reusable, but they will eventually become single-use objects.

*Cross-Sector Connection Passages: Connection passages will be underground scenes all their own. Although moderately sized, each will have a bounty of resources.

*Smarter Resources: Distribution of harvestable resources is important, and resources that are common in some regions will be rare in others. This is true for both surface and underground areas.
PAGENAME are animal creatures that can be tamed utilizing Taming Skills. Using the Tame Creature skill, and having Taming Collar reagents, players can attempt to turn a targeted animal creature into a PAGENAME. Tamed creatures are placed into a Taming Necklace and can be summoned if your character has the appropriate level of the Summoning skill to summon it.

PAGENAME are further classified into two different Pet types: Tamed Pet and Non-Combat Pet. Non-Combat Pets will follow the Avatar, but will not assist them with combat. Tamed Pets will follow the Avatar and assist them in combat. They also will benefit from bonuses provided from Pet Food and Pet Equipment items.

Currently, not all animal creatures in New Britannia are able to be tamed. The list below is a listing of all currently known animal creatures that can be tamed:
